So, what's the "red string" approach?

This approach, developed by Joe Eddleman, takes the viewer on an internet trip following the red string to see all aspects that surround a listed home. It starts by having your home highlighted on one of their front pages. From there, with a click of the finger, the viewer discovers more details about your home, then, with just another quick click, the viewer is transported to at least a half dozen other pages to explain such information such as schools, nearby shops, and other relevant information. By following the red string through the various pages, the string eventually returns the viewer to the prize home.

The red string approach takes time and expertise to administer, and currently Joe and Marilynn are the only Realtors in the Charleston utilizing this approach. It produces numerous showings on their listings in a market when most real estate agents are happy to have just a few.
